(inhabit) is a group exhibition composed entirely of women artists. The work in this exhibit centers on the transience of life and death as perpetual cycles of nature.

“Impermanence is an inescapable truth of existence. The natural world surrounding us, and the space we occupy within it, are under constant and inevitable change. And yet this change is cyclical; life always ends in death, and death in turn leads to new life. What this show will aim to explore is how we perceive, observe, and interpret the impermanent cycles of life in the natural world, and the ways each life is only temporary.”

Guest curated by John Vogl, Helikon Gallery, September 7 - October 6, 2018
